MMUF/ADRF Letter of Recommendation

MMUF/ADRF Letter of Recommendation

The Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship (MMUF) and the Allison Davis Research Fellowship (ADRF) are two fellowships that work to increase the number of students from historically underrepresented groups who pursue graduate school and academic careers. Both fellowships provide qualified and eligible students opportunities to engage in research under the supervision of faculty mentors and programming designed to prepare them for graduate school. We are currently recruiting students from the sophomore class who have an interest in research and are strongly considering pursuing a PhD after Williams. The student sending you this request for a letter of recommendation plans to submit an application for either one or both of the programs. Please answer the following questions and upload a letter of recommendation that speaks to the applicant's academic experience, ability to participate fully in the fellowship program, and potential for research and graduate studies. We appreciate any information that will give us a greater understanding of the applicant. Please submit this form and your letter of recommendation by February 19, 2024. If you have any questions, please contact Clinton Williams ([email protected]), Pathways for Inclusive Excellence, 57 Spring Street, 3rd floor, Suite 300.
